We, the adrastea GmbH & Co. KG, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly adhere to the regulations of data protection law. To protect your rights, we have taken technical and organizational measures and ensured that the data protection rules of external service providers who participate in our offer are observed. Personal data is only collected on this website in the technically necessary and legally permissible scope.

Should it be necessary to transmit your data to our carefully selected service partners, this will also be done within the framework of statutory regulations and will be limited to the technically required minimum.

Logging

Electronic mail (E-Mail)

Information that you send unencrypted by electronic mail (e-mail) may be read by third parties in transit. As a rule, we can not verify your identity and we do not know who is hiding behind an e-mail address. A legally secure communication by simple e-mail is therefore not guaranteed. We use filters against unwanted advertising (SPAM filters), which in rare cases also incorrectly classify and delete normal e-mails as unwanted advertisements. E-mails containing malicious programs (viruses) will be automatically deleted by us in any case.

Contact

Due to legal regulations, our website contains information that enables quick electronic contact with our company as well as direct communication with us, which also includes a general address of the so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If an affected person contacts the data controller by e-mail or through a contact form, the personal data provided by the data subject will be automatically saved. Such personal information provided on a voluntary basis by a data subject to the controller is stored for the purposes of processing or contacting the data subject. There is no disclosure of this personal data to third parties.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this website. If the analytics service is enabled in the future, it will load only after your consent. The legal bases would be Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. The former reference to the no longer applicable EU-US Privacy Shield has been removed.

Google AdSense

Where this website uses Google AdSense, the provider for users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland is generally Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google AdSense delivers advertising and measures its performance. Data processed may include the IP address, device and browser information, the page visited, timestamps and interactions with advertisements; cookies or similar technologies may also be used.

Our consent control loads AdSense only after you have consented. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Rejecting optional services does not affect access to our content. AdSense is not loaded on the download page for requests identified as originating in India.

YouTube

Our site uses YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA for video inclusion. Usually, when you visit an embedded video page, your IP address will be sent to YouTube and cookies will be installed on your machine. Our site has integrated components from Twitch. Twitch is a streaming service. Country-specific advertising on the download page

For requests assigned to India on the server, we use Monetag or Adsterra depending on the active configuration. Monetag belongs to the Propeller Ads group, including Propeller Ads Ltd, Zinonos Rossidi 11, 3082 Limassol, Cyprus. Adsterra is provided by AD MARKET LIMITED, Christaki Kranou 49, Germasogeia, 4041 Limassol, Cyprus. The selected advertising service loads only after your consent to optional services. It is triggered by your first valid, deliberately submitted download attempt, not by simply visiting the page. The recording does not have to finish processing successfully for this to happen. Amazon PartnerNet and Google AdSense are not delivered on the download page for these Indian requests.

Monetag's MultiTag may offer Vignette Banners, In-Page Push, OnClick/popunder advertising and push notifications. The provider determines the format, advertising content and availability; a popunder may open an additional window or tab following a later interaction. Browser push notifications require separate browser permission. This permission is not required for a download. You can revoke it in your browser's notification settings. Rejecting optional services does not prevent the recording from being processed. Without advertising consent, or if the advertising script is technically unavailable, a clearly labelled external advertising link may instead appear after successful processing: Monetag Direct Link or Adsterra Smartlink. AndiTasten renders this notice itself; displaying it does not load an additional provider script or contact the link destination in the background. Only your deliberate click opens the advertising offer in a new tab and reveals the ordinary download buttons on AndiTasten. No purchase, registration, push permission or further advertising click on the destination page is required. Local country assignment

The server determines the country of origin using network information available in the HTTP request or a locally operated GeoIP database. No external geolocation service is contacted. Only the normalized country code is used for the advertising decision. Ordinary technical server logging of IP addresses is described in the “Logging” section.

Amazon Affiliate Program

The operators of this website participate in the Amazon EU Associates Programme. Product recommendations are identified as advertising or affiliate links. Product images, where used, are served locally from our server. Merely displaying such a link therefore does not connect to Amazon and does not allow Amazon to set a cookie on our page.

Only when you click an affiliate link do you leave our website. The link contains an associate identifier. Amazon then receives information including your IP address, browser data, referrer and associate identifier and may use its own cookies or similar technologies on the Amazon website to attribute an order.
