We, the adrastea GmbH & Co. KG, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly adhere to the regulations of data protection law. To protect your rights, we have taken technical and organizational measures and ensured that the data protection rules of external service providers who participate in our offer are observed. Personal data is only collected on this website in the technically necessary and legally permissible scope.

Should it be necessary to transmit your data to our carefully selected service partners, this will also be done within the framework of statutory regulations and will be limited to the technically required minimum.

Logging

Electronic mail (E-Mail)

Information that you send unencrypted by electronic mail (e-mail) may be read by third parties in transit. As a rule, we can not verify your identity and we do not know who is hiding behind an e-mail address. A legally secure communication by simple e-mail is therefore not guaranteed. We use filters against unwanted advertising (SPAM filters), which in rare cases also incorrectly classify and delete normal e-mails as unwanted advertisements. E-mails containing malicious programs (viruses) will be automatically deleted by us in any case.

Contact

Due to legal regulations, our website contains information that enables quick electronic contact with our company as well as direct communication with us, which also includes a general address of the so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If an affected person contacts the data controller by e-mail or through a contact form, the personal data provided by the data subject will be automatically saved. Such personal information provided on a voluntary basis by a data subject to the controller is stored for the purposes of processing or contacting the data subject. There is no disclosure of this personal data to third parties.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this website. If the analytics service is enabled in the future, it will load only after your consent. The legal bases would be Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. The former reference to the no longer applicable EU-US Privacy Shield has been removed.

Google AdSense

Where this website uses Google AdSense, the provider for users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland is generally Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google AdSense delivers advertising and measures its performance. Data processed may include the IP address, device and browser information, the page visited, timestamps and interactions with advertisements; cookies or similar technologies may also be used.

YouTube

Our site uses YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA for video inclusion. Usually, when you visit an embedded video page, your IP address will be sent to YouTube and cookies will be installed on your machine. Our site has integrated components from Twitch. Twitch is a streaming service. Country-specific advertising with Adsterra

On the download page, requests that are assigned to India on the server may receive advertising from Adsterra after consent. The provider is AD MARKET LIMITED, Christaki Kranou 49, Germasogeia, 4041 Limassol, Cyprus. Advertising is triggered only after a download request has been processed successfully. We currently use the “Social Bar” format there; Amazon PartnerNet and Google AdSense are not delivered on the download page for these requests. When the advertising code loads, your browser connects to Adsterra delivery domains and potentially participating advertising partners. Data processed may include your IP address, approximate region, device and browser data, operating system, page visited, referrer, timestamp, the advertisement delivered and interactions. Adsterra or participating partners may use cookies or similar technologies for delivery, frequency limiting, performance measurement, fraud prevention and interest-based advertising. Processing or storage outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out.

If consent for optional services is absent or the Social Bar is technically unavailable, a Smartlink clearly labelled as advertising may be shown after successful processing. AndiTasten renders only its own notice and the external link. Merely displaying it loads no Adsterra code and makes no connection to Adsterra. Only when you deliberately open the link does your browser leave AndiTasten and contact Adsterra or an advertising partner selected by Adsterra. From that point, the destination provider may process the data and use the technologies described above. The download buttons appear after this deliberate navigation; the Smartlink is not silently placed underneath a regular download button.

The legal bases for loading Adsterra code on AndiTasten are exclusively your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Local country assignment

To select the appropriate variant, the server determines the country of origin from network information available in the HTTP request or from a locally operated GeoIP database. No external geolocation service is contacted for this purpose. Only the normalized country code is used for the advertising decision. The ordinary technical server logging of IP addresses is described in the “Logging” section.

Amazon Affiliate Program

The operators of this website participate in the Amazon EU Associates Programme. Product recommendations are identified as advertising or affiliate links. Product images, where used, are served locally from our server. Merely displaying such a link therefore does not connect to Amazon and does not allow Amazon to set a cookie on our page.

Only when you click an affiliate link do you leave our website. The link contains an associate identifier. Amazon then receives information including your IP address, browser data, referrer and associate identifier and may use its own cookies or similar technologies on the Amazon website to attribute an order.
